Every night for the past couple of months I’ve been writing 5 things I’m grateful for in a journal. I was inspired by the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge (http://cauldronsandcupcakes.com/2012/07/18/day-1-gratitude-challenge/) and I’ve felt happier ever since! It’s so inspiring to see other people being grateful for what they have. Thanks for the reminder to be grateful! 🙂
