I’m feeling pretty thankful today!

Start your own Gratitude Journal today!

Many of you have commented on the page I created, My Blessings.  I found a new website today that I want to share with you, aptly called

I like this website for two reasons. First, people post publicly the things for which they are thankful. For example, someone just posted that they are thankful for “The smell of fresh flowers in the morning ❤ or anytime. Thanks father.”. Isn’t that great? A second person posted, ‘Aug30-(yesterday) only being 10 min late >.<; being able to make up the time in class; finishing up most of the essay grading; great songs on the radio; braised duck kway teow!; friendly TP staff like J, J, and D; not having to tutor this weekend; R, H, and T; yummy leftovers from yesterday’s breakfast; B coming back to talk with me for a bit and setting up a movie time; M offering to get me something from HK.”. (sip)

Additionally, it has an online journal available for those of you who want to create your own online Gratitude Journal. I have no connection to this site, but I do like to pass along great ideas from others. This link works very much like the online journal that I use. It sends a daily email reminder, which helps me stay on track. I always encourage people to journal, and I hope this encourages more of you to journal as well!

Gratefulness is the key to a happy life that we hold in our hands, because if we are not grateful, then no matter how much we have we will not be happy — because we will always want to have something else or something more.”
